I emailed them shortly after writing this post back at the start of May, but got a response (not automated) that said something along the lines of "Dear Mr.Moo, we appreciate your comments and we are looking into a more effective method of distributing our packages in future" The email made little sense because I was talking about a potential bit of spyware, and certainly not about how their apps were distributed. My only other option is to call them which will have to wait until Monday morning, 05-14-2007. They better have an explanation and instructions on how to remove this spyware. I just checked my system (Vista64) and shure enough there is PSIservice.exe running in the background. I had no idea and I'm so angry now!
