As someone who's gone from selling mobile phones in a shop to a bank's call centre, I hate it. I get pushed to do stuff just like that woman and I always know that as a customer I would despise it 95% of the time! It's not right at all, companies like that should be focused on good customer service not bullying their customers into products. I really do hate how so much is going towards pressured selling even in places you wouldn't expect, like Superdrug and Greggs the bakers have targets now ffs! Heh yeah it sucks.
